We are delighted to be able to share the fantastic progress of Giedre, our Trainee Financial Planner, as she continues with her journey to becoming a Financial Planner.

By now, many of our clients have been introduced to Giedre and you may recall our article that introduced Giedre and her passion for financial planning (view here).

Giedre has been progressing exceptionally well with her studies and we are delighted to share that she has passed her first formal examinations with flying colours!

Giedre is currently enrolled in a 2-year training contract with a company called NextGen Planners. NextGen’s aim is to help aspiring and younger Financial Planners by providing them with a framework to be at their best and, in their own words, “be good or be gone.”

This contract has given Giedre the skills to become a Financial Planner, which is further supported by her thorough and hands-on training with Mathews Comfort.

Giedre’s progress has not gone unnoticed and she was recently asked to join NextGen’s Speakers and Influencer programme. Within this 6-month programme, Giedre will be preparing for the end goal of presenting at NextGen’s 2020 Conference in front of an audience of 300 people within the financial planning industry.

Giedre will form a group of 30 individuals from around the UK who will receive a support and mentoring programme to prepare for the 2020 event.

NextGen Planners are committed to nurturing and developing the Financial Planners of the future and we are pleased to be able to work with them so closely.

We are all very proud of Giedre for stepping up to the challenge and making such meaningful progress in her financial planning journey – congratulations, Giedre!
