Coronavirus Update
17 March 20  /  Covid-19

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to reassure all of our clients that Mathews Comfort are closely monitoring the situation as it develops and that we have a strong contingency plan in place.

Our priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and clients, as well as continuing to deliver our services.

Should the Mathews Comfort office have to close, all staff are able to work effectively from remote locations, with robust processes in place to securely access all necessary data. This will ensure business continuity and that there will be no impact upon the high level of service that you expect from our team.

On a practical level, from an early stage we have been ensuring that our office complies with government guidelines, such as regular cleaning, readily-available hand sanitizer and all staff practicing thorough hand-washing principles. We will continue to monitor government advice, taking appropriate action where necessary.

Going forward, all meeting requests already arranged will now be carried out online via ZOOM (similar to Skype) or by conference call. Should you have a pre-arranged meeting, Clare or Vicki will be in contact to make the necessary arrangements to adapt the meeting format. As you know, we book our meetings well in advance. For those to be arranged by Clare in the coming months, initially, we will assume they are via video or conference call. If, the situation in the UK changes, we can then change these to the usual face to face format.
