Latest survey reveals client satisfaction up to 99.19%

Client satisfaction will always be our top priority, as existing clients of Mathews Comfort will know, which is why we hold regular surveys to check on our progress and identify any areas for improvement.

You can imagine our delight when we saw the results of our latest survey (May 2021), based on the comments of 124 participants, which revealed satisfaction ratings had risen to 99.19%. 

We were equally delighted to see that 95.97% of respondents would be happy to recommend our services and 95.08% felt that our Financial Planning service had created a positive outcome in their life and the lives of those closest to them. In addition, we were pleased to see that 82.88% of participants felt positive about our office environment, which we have worked hard to make relaxing and comfortable for client visits - with lots of parking places!

Our regular surveys are hugely important and we genuinely read every comment. So, if you are asked to partake, and you can spare 10 minutes or so, we would really appreciate it - you can rest assured we will always take note of what you say.
