We are excited to announce that Mathews Comfort has been shortlisted for the WOBA Small SME Award, sponsored by Convolo Personnel. The award is open to any business in West Oxfordshire that employs between 4 and 11 staff, including the business owner, who must work in the business.

A highly respected benchmark for quality standards across small businesses, the award is based on current business performance, growth over the last two years, potential for future growth, examples of management response to changes in the market and the stand-out quality that makes you a potential award winner.

We believe our nomination is testament to our focus on continual improvement and delivering the highest levels of customer service and advice, and that our stand-out quality is our commitment to making a meaningful difference to clients’ lives.

Interestingly, one of the other three finalists is Adept Graphics, which just happens to be owned and managed by Ryan Weston, the brother of our CEO, Dan Weston. As Dan says: “It’s going to be an interesting night!”

This year celebrating its 10 th anniversary, the West Oxfordshire Business Awards (WOBA) was formed in 2011 to fly the flag for business and entrepreneurship in West Oxfordshire, with the aim of bringing together the business community and promoting its achievements.

Winners will be announced at a special 10th Anniversary Gala Dinner in March 2020. To find out more about the WOBA Awards, and the list of finalists, please visit:
