Our first Client Advisory Board was a huge success

At Mathews Comfort, we are proud to place our clients’ best interests at the heart of all that we do, and it is only through working collaboratively with clients that we can continue to deliver on this commitment.

As an ever-improving organisation, we understand the importance of working in partnership with clients to ensure that our services are fully representative of and aligned to what our clients expect from us. On 30th April, we were delighted to welcome seven clients to our first Client Advisory Board.

Continually striving to deliver the best possible client experience, we are always seeking to further strengthen our understanding of what our clients want from us. Taking a proactive approach, we held this session to gain a deeper understanding of their unique experiences as clients of Mathews Comfort.

The introduction of our Client Advisory Board will help us to further deepen our long-term relationships with clients, as well as providing a platform for open and honest dialogue around what’s working well, what could be improved and feedback on ideas that are currently in development.

On behalf of the whole team, we would like to extend a huge thank you to Carl, Kevin, Andrew, Maria, Linda, Andrew and Clive for taking time out of their day to share their lived experiences of being a Mathews Comfort client. Their knowledge and insights will be used to benefit our services in the future, and we are grateful for their commitment to helping to shape the future of our business.
