Thanks to your feedback, we are always improving

We’ve recently celebrated over a year at our premises in North Leigh Business Park and customer feedback tells us that our modern office and parking facilities are a huge improvement to the St Aldate’s offices.

As an ever-improving organisation, we take all client comments on board and are continuously striving to not only meet expectations, but also exceed them. Some of our clients mentioned that our new office is a bit bare, and we will be working on enhancing the office’s environment throughout the year. We decided to begin with our reception area and one of Vicki’s (our new Client Relationship Manager) first tasks was to design, manage and oversee this exciting project.

The brief was to create an area where Mathews Comfort’s clients can relax prior to their financial planning reviews, as well as a space where we can meet new clients and discover how we can work together.

At Mathews Comfort, we understand that talking about money isn’t always easy. One of Vicki’s key objectives was to create an area where clients feel comfortable and at ease with opening up to us, not just about money but also life objectives, family set ups, fears, aspirations and hopes.

To create this safe and welcoming environment, the room is sound-proofed for privacy and we also have a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge full of soft drinks, beer and wine.

We’re delighted with the room’s ‘brick wall’, which is actually a vinyl wrap that has been fitted by Adept Graphics - you can take a look at this link to see it being fitted. Some of our clients have taken on the challenge of trying to locate the socket in the wall, which isn’t as easy as it sounds!

These before and after pictures show just how much this project has changed the look and feel of the room:

We hope you will agree that the new room looks and feels amazing. As always, we look forward to welcoming you for a coffee and a chat.
